A 'static' or fixed design web site is one where you provide us with all the text, images, corporate colours and logo's you require and we design  your site, however may pages you require, using standard web encoding. 

However, using a unique piece of software that costs £35 per license, we can turn one, some or all of your static web pages into pages you can actually edit yourself, just by using your web browser to log in to an administration system. From there you can view your pages, and add, edit or delete text whenever you want using a simple online word processor that works just like your office programme. You can't effect the design or colour scheme, nor add images, but in may cases, simple text changes are all that is needed.

In these cases there is no need to design a complex full blown content managed web site. Our fixed menu pricing system for this type of site is as follows:

	Using a system we call 'SimpleWebEdit', we can convert one or more of your static pages so you can actually edit, add, or delete the text in the main body of those pages. Not as complex or as expensive as a complete CMS, yet useful if you have regularly changing information or news you want to pass on to users.	£35 one off charge, plus £10 per page for every page we convert to CMS format
	A completely  free sitemap page. A sitemap, a 'must'  to speed up the process of getting your site ranked by the major search engines.	Included
	Initially, site optimised for all your keyword or keyword phrases and optimised initially the best way possible for improved web search rankings and submitted to Google, yahoo and MSN for inclusion in these search engines listings.	Included
	Any links to other sites, directories, mapping data sites and so on that you require (so long as these are not paid for inclusions).	Included
