	The complete design and layout of your home page, logos, colour scheme, menus, navigation - in fact everything 'static' on the page including where necessary, images that we can obtain free of charge, or if you supply them.
	A completely free third page - a sitemap, a 'must' to speed up the process of getting your site ranked by the major search engines.
	Subsequent bespoke designed pages as per your order and charged according to our fixed menu price system at £20 maximum per page
	Colours of your choice for backgrounds, text, banners, logo's etc. Layout as you request. We do not use standardised templates. The entire design (so long as its feasible) is up to you! We can even produce drop down menus for you - all included in the price! For help choosing the right colour combinations, click here.
	Though we recommend no more than four images per page, we will include as many images as you require, so long as you provide them in industry standard digital form (.gif, .jpg, .jpeg etc) Images must be PC compatible.
	As much text as you feel your site requires, relevant to the number of pages you have ordered, though we will advise on wording to improve web ranking in search engines and the number pages your information may take up.
	All pages designed in simple HTML code, which any web designer can modify.
	Site designed in Microsoft Front Page or Dreamweaver so it can be uploaded easily and modified by just about any web designer.
	Initially, site optimised for all your keyword or keyword phrases and optimised initially the best way possible for improved web search rankings.
	Your entire web will be supplied completed on CD for you to upload to the web yourself, or to pass to your web hosting company to upload for you. Or, where you have already arranged web hosting and have your own web space, we will upload and set up your web site for you.
	Any links to other sites, directories, mapping data sites and so on that you require (so long as these are not paid for inclusions).
	However long it takes us, the above is included in the price of the number of pages you buy on our fixed price menu.
	All web pages can be HTML protected so no one can hack or modify your site. Email addresses will also be protected, stopping email farming software from gathering up your email addresses which will vastly reduce the amount of spam email you'll receive.
	Your finished website on CD and where you wish us to, up-loaded to your web server. (Typically, a small web can be hosted for as little as £25 per year and domain name registered for two years for between £3 and £35). We can show you how to do this.
