Making Payments

The balance of any amounts owed must be paid within 30 days of the finalised and agreed site being completed. Only once the balance has been paid will the site content be given to you to allow you to have it hosted by your own web hosting company, or if it to be hosted by us, placed on our web server.

Where web hosting is to be carried out by MBS Systems on our behalf, you will also need to pay any web hosting set-up fees to them directly. Al web hosting and domain name registration charges are payable annually, or bi-annually in advance as this is how we have to pay our suppliers.

Any deposit refunds will be made les a non-refundable amount of £35.00

Payments are to be made in UK £ sterling and can be paid by cheque or postal order allowing 7 - 10 working days for funds to be cleared and fully verified by our bank.

(This may take longer for payments made outside the UK and for international payments, all funds will be fully verified and traced back to sourcing bank before any work is undertaken). This usually takes 30 days, 5 days if transactions are via credit card or Pay Pal.

Payment can also be made by Pay Pal. We will email you our Pay Pal email address to submit on-line payment by Pay Pal once you request it.

For those of you outside the UK, we have conducted web design work for international customers and can accept deposits and final payments by credit card via our Pay Pal account. Note, prices are based on web design written in English language. For translation into other languages, please contact us, as the cost of translation will vary from language to language.

All work done will remain the intellectual property of Lincolnshire Web Design, it employees, agents or sub-contractors until all invoices for work undertaken are paid in full.
